Hey, quick question to everyone- it's my first time exchanging. Is all I have to do provide the code to the retailer?
They will receive an email from NG - but it's best that you close the loop with the retailer from your end.
You can track the status of the Exchange - once it shows 'confirmed by retailer' - it means that the retailer has acknowledged

Ideally the retailer will get in touch with you for the shipment related charges (from NG to retailer, plus retailer to you) - that is borne by the customer
