NG Models Hawaiian A321neo disappointed with the colors

I have both the Hawaiian 787 releases, and the newer one is brighter in coloration than the original release side by side and would say the first rendition is probably better. Unfortunately, I cannot provide photos at this time.
The first release colors are definitely more accurate. The only issue with that release is the lack of aircraft name (which makes sense since it had not yet been delivered).

Left side is the first release, and the right side is the second release.

I have the 2020 A332 release, and the later 787 - unfortunately, as usual, both are in deep storage 😐
I was thinking of picking up the new A332 and the A321neo.......

I personally got rid of my Gemini Hawaiian A321neo to replace with the new NG versions. I still don't regret that choice as the JC/Gemini mold is Frankenstein compared to the real thing, and I will sacrifice the slight color difference of the NG.

Here is another comparison of the Hawaiian colors on the first and second release of the 787-9. As you can see the brightness of the tails is distinguishable with the first being darker and the newer being brighter.

I don't see a disaster like other 1:400 manufacturers with poor quality or Herpa.
I can say that the real airplane could have brighter colors respect the model in all the variants of purple and orange while the grey of the flowers in the middle of the fuselage is darker on the model respect the real airplane.
Hawaiian written seems to be the same, maybe a bit darker blue on the model respect the real airplane but...not a disaster at all.

IMO Gemini did a better job than NG with the flower colors, but GJ messed up the silver flowers in the middle section of the fuselage.
The silver should be much lighter than this!
the GJ artwork itself is substantially messed up - look at the key features - considering this is a 'licensed' release, it's quite miserable - I haven't looked at the NG one so can't comment on that one

A little late as DHL sent my Hawaiians into a holding pattern for the weekend...
I agree that NG missed the color compostion on these quite a bit - given the real thing has a bright red flower on tail with the rest being various shades of pink to purple.
Great thing is, my eyes aren't used to seeing Hawaiian so don't have much of a problem if any with these colors.

I still think they turned out beautifully.
