They have exchange malls every few months where you can redeem points for a free* model. Their next one is in December.

they're usually around 50+ points, but in August we had 30+, so you might want to keep an eye on any announcements made by NG on IG
When it opens, this is how you access and select the models. There is a counter saying how many days until the redemption opens, it actually means closed!
