Squatchy's is not participating in the program anymore.I emailed NG a few days ago to see what I should do, since I chose squanchys as my retailer. Have not heard back and honestly don't expect to. Has anyone heard anything, or have any additional contact info for NG?
I know, but some of us chose him as a retailer and are now left with no retailer and no communication. Im just trying to communicate with NG and see if there is still any way to get our modelsSquatchy's is not participating in the program anymore.
Sorry is that came off as rude, I'm just pretty miffed at the situationI know, but some of us chose him as a retailer and are now left with no retailer and no communication. Im just trying to communicate with NG and see if there is still any way to get our models

Transparency is one thing. And yes he has certainly been very transparent about his decision to "opt out" and his complaints with the program in general. But that Transparency doesn't mean much when the end result is still every person that selected squanchysdiecasthanger as their retailer has been abandoned and told it is there responsibility to contact NG themselves. At least Squatchy’s was transparent about their backing out. I had selected PandaFox as my retailer for the December exchange (big mistake), and I still don’t have my models. I emailed them numerous times, gave up, and then emailed NG, and they replied once that they would look into the situation, but have not followed up and have basically given me the silent treatment since. Dealing with this has been absolutely frustrating on the whole, and I’ve just about resigned myself to not getting any of the models I redeemed.
Chill, Bro.Transparency is one thing. And yes he has certainly been very transparent about his decision to "opt out" and his complaints with the program in general. The complaints he has are valid, but to me they seem like good reasons to not sign up again, not good reasons to opt to abandon the program after everyone selected them as their retailer.
I understand the concerns with tariffs, however no other retailer backed out as far as I know, and now people are receiving their models. As hopeful as I may be the fact is if you chose squanchysdiecasthanger, you are most likely not getting your model.
This has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and squanchy will not be seeing any "residual orders" from me in the future.
Same here - they'll be getting hundreds of mails. Nothing personal here.and then emailed NG, and they replied once that they would look into the situation, but have not followed up and have basically given me the silent treatment since.
I’ve emailed NG at least several times. I understand that they may be busy, and also that supplying free models is probably not high on their priorities, but it still feels frustrating and like a waste of my time. Treating their customers like this conveys a lack of respect, even if it’s not what they intend. I also think that if NG lack the capacity or motivation to manage a rewards program like this, they shouldn’t offer one. I’m not too worked up about it in the end, but I think everyone should just know to temper their expectations with this thing, and that if anything goes sideways, they should expect no support.Chill, Bro.
I'm amused at all of you taking these things so personally.
You can write to NG directly and they will change the retailer for you.
Please stop complaining about things beyond individual control

Doesn't hurt to write a follow up email or two
Chill folks
Maybe because it is affecting him personally? Why should he chill, he got screwed over. and then has to put in additional effort and time to fix the problem.Chill, Bro.

I first wrote NG directly on April 17th, the day Squanchysdiecasthanger "opted out" of the program, and have not heard back. I does not sound like anyone else has either. It also does not sound like this is unexpected behavior from NGChill, Bro.

THIS. Maybe back out BEFORE, a bunch people select you as their redemption retailer. It was 100% in his control to to back out of the program, just as it was in his control to join for this round even with his complaints about the previous runs.
Thank you. I made a lot of choices based on the rewards program. I chose NG planes over others because I wanted more points for the exchange. When I selected squanchysdiecasthanger as my retailer, i feel like I entered a business deal with him. I now feel he has backed out of that deal and told me It is my responsibility to fix it. I understand the terms of that deal weren't great, but I didn't set those terms for him, and I didn't agree to them for him. Now he is backing out and I should be just be ok with it?I’ve emailed NG at least several times.
