*NEW* GeminiJets GSE by Tiny Tugs Designs: Ramps, Tugs, GPUs, & MORE!

I have been using the GPUs and Lav carts the last few weeks and I love them, especially for the detail you get. Not a ton of the printing lines you see on some other things. I’d recommend checking out avgeek models from Europe as well. Some things look better depending who’s you look at. I’m eyeing their pushback tugs instead of Tiny tugs because you get the bar/tug separate with avgeek. I think all brands have their own advantages and disadvantages for sure, some are harder to see until in hand.

I was actually planning on making a big thread here going through the “big” 3D printing GSE guys and what I do/don’t recommend and advantages and drawbacks between brands. Of course hoping others would also chime in on their experiences. I want to do my proper research first but That thread will appear someday soon :)

I'd say these look generally inferior to AvGeek Models produced GSE (from the UK, which I've bought a lot), and the range is a lot smaller here too, but it does seem Tiny Tug has some different designs and some of them (icing trucks, rental buses, belt loaders) look nice. The tugs and baggage carts look less good.

The Plane Mates are a great idea, but he needs some that allow you to attach them to an aircraft as well.

It is good to have these cheaper options for GSE available. They aren't anywhere near the level of someone like Avian Mo, but the cost is a lot more affordable and the quality getting better all the time.

I agree completely. The big issue with avgeek is paying the shipping to the US. It’s always best to bundle a bunch into one “big” order to get your moneys worth which is what i’m planning to do my next go around. I wish 1:400 had the same capabilities as some of the 1:200 GSE/extras that are out there (even beyond just straight up 3D printing). Some at that scale look insanely perfect to real life counter parts.

I actually will be working with Avgeek Models and I’m happy to report that those shipping prices will likely be coming down as he’s had eBay automation issues. Stay tuned for more on Avgeek Models soon!

I've been buying AvGeek stuff for a while myself and have a load incoming. When I get back to my airport vids in the next few weeks they'll be featuring on my channels as well.
