My Aviation Collection

I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but here I will display my growing aviation collection!

My 1:400 models! From left to right: NG Models American Airlines MD-83 N589AA, NG Models United Airlines B737-800 N36272 'Rise of Skywalker', GeminiSelect Skybus A319 N551SX 'Capital One - When Pigs Fly', GeminiJets American Eagle E170 N760MQ 'Retro', and NG Models Southwest Airlines B737-800 N8619F 'Illinois One'

Now is my collection of United Airlines trading cards!

And finally, a Lufthansa economy class metal fork!

And that's all for now! More to come!

Next we have the GeminiJets TWA MD-82 in the final livery, N960TW. The mould itself is average at best (my main issues are the wrong shape of the stabilizers and engines, the nose doesn't bother me that much), but the livery is still a stunner. The TWA final livery is one of my all-time favorites and it's a shame not all of their aircraft got the scheme before they went bust. It looks AWESOME on the Mad Dog!image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

And here we have the United Airlines Battleship Grey 737-500 from GeminiJets. This model is cool, but has a few issues. One is that the color is more like 'Battleship Silver' than 'Battleship Grey'. And two, the left engine arrived detached. A dab of Gorilla Super Glue on a toothpick fixed that, but now the engine has a small white stain. Oh well, I can blame it canonically on wear and tear! I had to close my blinds for these shots to try to make the color look better.image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Well that's all for now!
