Model Review - China Airlines MD-11 by C Models / Panda Models

Alongside the 767 the MD-11 is also getting new moulds in 2025 for the first time in over a decade and from Panda Models. There have been 8 models announced on the new MD-11 mould so far and one of the latest is this C Models release in the old colours of China Airlines of Taiwan. This new MD-11 is definitely the best on the market so far and my number one choice for the type from now on:

Much like the 767, the MD-11 is a type in 400 scale that has not seen much attention for a long time, and has a couple of decent existing moulds already. The new Panda Models mould, like their 767s, has started slipping out to market, but to not a lot of

I think your model is a "special" version. My Panda one has the reg on both sides at the front
It is an excellent mould and complements with my Phoenix B-151 and B-153

Unfortunate that the MU ones are by a China only brand. I have a JC version and it'd have been nice to have those on this mould (not referring to the Cargo version)

I'd love to see these - and hopefully by Panda themselves so that they're widely available -

I happen to know that a pair of Garuda Indonesias will be available mid-Feb, but they are Airshop Diecast exclusives so will be difficult to get. I have my pre-order in for one of them with Kenney at Airshop

Awesome picks. I'd be interested in Varig (Ícaro and Landor '96), VASP, Martinair 1990s and maybe LTU.
Another nice one: FINNAIR, in both delivery colors and the later "Facebook" livery

I do have the recent PHX one but of course this will give it company. And I think there's a JC current scheme but I'm not too sure now lol

FedEx early yes maybe maybe but not sure I've stopped collecting FedEx though I have the A300 in that scheme

Yess Finnair delivery scheme LOL - after all they were the launch operators! Added. Edited. I have the recent PHX one, but of course - nothing beats this mould. Not a fan of the Facebook scheme haha. I do have 2 of the special schemes with the Facebook tail lol - I think one Christmas and one Moomin
