Model Airport Terminal - Custom or Not?

So I'm planning to build my first ever 1:400 airport. My budget for the terminal itself will probably be be $200-$250 USD. Should I get a GeminiJets (or other maker) terminal or go custom from somebody? I'm tempted with custom but I'm worried about the price.

My opinion: forget the Gemini, it's too generic.
Try building your own terminal or maybe order a custom one

Gemini Terminal building Is generic, maybe, but very well realized. There are other manufacturers (see the pics) but if you want your own terminal you have to build by yourself. 3D printer? Wood and decals? You to decide.

I recommend SeaTac Designs. My order with a major European 3D company AviationWorld360 took 7 months, while SeaTac is super fast

My suggestion is build your own now, and save up so you can get a quality custom one from brands like clipper models or tarmac designs.
