Mad Dog Central Pt1: An Americas MD-80 Wishlist

The options for excellent MD-80 releases are huge and when I started looking into them it quickly became obvious it was too large for just one list. So I have split it into two. The first looks only at the Americas and includes what I hope is a quite exhaustive 88 release options. Sorry if your wish isn't there but I think I've got most of the bases covered. Part 2 will cover the rest of the world.

I want to see them "go nuts" on American, TWA, and Delta especially... multiple variations, multiple tail numbers. For AA and TWA there are also variations in the amount of bare metal on the tail, and on TWA the bottom of the red panel on the tail can be either straight or curved.

I think "Cuzeiro" (lol) will be too obscure maybe? They one operated one as a trial, it lasted some 3 months or so...
