Longest time from preorder to in stock

Based on the example of the Aviation 777s I thought it would be interesting to see what model we can find that took the longest from announcement to in stock. Must be in 1/400 scale / can be any brand / no cancelled models / can be released already or still in preorder status today / no NG voted models.

Here one that was released but I think took 2 years JetOneX 747 VQ-BWM / announced Feb 2022 - released Jan 2024.

I think most of that lot haven't been released. The YTO Cargo hasn't yet. Interestingly a couple of sites have pics of the model but still under 'pre-order' but it could be the 1:200.

There was a Herpa 757 IcelandAir Hekla that took around 3 years.
