I've been reading this thread with interest and I thought I'd wade in with a couple of nitpicks of my own:
Firstly the saying goes ' The proof of the pudding is in the eating' and I can only assume the other version is some dreadful Americanisation
Secondly in my experience retailers will sell any old rubbish if they think they can so are rarely very trustworthy sources of quality. It's almost as if you need an independent website of some kind that discusses in detail 400 scale models and brands keeping you all up to date with what is going on. I wonder if such a thing will ever exist -


Since I reviewed an HX 737 a few weeks back it was clear as day what you were going to be getting with these LegacyJets models. They are perfectly middle of the road releases. Any thought that they were ever going to be superior to the best versions in the scale, which are near perfect, was never especially likely when we've all seen that although HX can produce very nice models they rarely do so with a new mould first time of asking.
