Last weekend when I compared Qantas B787-9 VH-ZNJ by Aviation400 and Lufthansa B787-9 D-ABPU by Phoenix side by side, I discovered a noteworthy difference in the height of the vertical stabilizer - Qantas's is noticeably higher than Lufthansa's even with similar nose heights. Here are some images.

The height of real B787-9 vertical stabilizer is quoted around 17.02 meters to 17.1 meters (approx. 42.5mm in 1:400 scale), and it turns out that the height of phx mould(about 40mm) is obviously lower than the correct value while AV400's is close to that.
Given that the overall height of the rear half of the fuselage is lower than the actual value, while the nose gear is of similar height, the only possibility is a dimensional error in the maingear. The image below clearly shows where the problem exists.
What truly baffles me is that - as @YesterAirlines 's review shows (Model Review - Qantas Boeing 787-9 by Phoenix Models) - the first few batches of the new mould were correct in maingear height despite the unsatisfactory shape. However, later when phoenix released 789 with new fanblades, the maingear underwent slight adjustment - they lowered the height, which is odd.

Surely 789 new mould from phx is competitive and worth buying, but I do think this is a drawback of the new mould itself. Is it acceptable if you are aware that the maingear height is incorrect and significantly too low?
