Just a quick note for collectors of larger scale (1:144 and larger) (military) models.
Recently there was quite a bit of activity on https://www.modelaircraftdatabase.com that is relevant for the fans of larger scales. Several brands have been added and some more are still in the pipeline.
Recently added brands are Armour Collection, Aviation72, EasyModel, Forces of Valor and IXO.
Also a dozen aircraft types have been added and many more will hopefully come soon. Among the recent additions are several types from Avro, Heinkel, Focke-Wulf, Vought, Mitsubishi, Saab, Fairey, Mil, Pilatus and others. I have a list of all types of which Hobbymaster made models and the goal is to have all these types in the db soon.
There are also about 100 1/72 scale models plus a few Armour 1/48 scale models, that have been added in the last few weeks, and many already have photos, either from the manufacturer or from users. Maybe also models in other scales have been added, but I can't watch all scales.
I hope this motivates you to update your collection, submit your own photos and add missing models to the db. Esp. the short winter days (at least in the northern hemisphere) seem to be a good time for such activities.
(and before you ask, I'm just a user on MADb)
