Hi, I would like to share my really bad experience with the customer care of kum
I have buyed a plane and unlukly I have seen that has a defect, one wheel it not in good condition and I have asked a repleacement, they say that the replacement part I can have if i buy a new model and I'll have the part as gift...
Now... I have have a plane, and I have buyed the one interest.. why I must take a new one for have the pare part?
really i'm so disappointed.
And for a plastic model it's not cheap...
