Yes.Has Hx lowered the height of 747 nosegear compared to the first version?
Looks great, thank you! Will definitely be picking this one up
@MIAv8Diecast your first good look.
Yeah I’m super excited for this one!!! Thanks for these photos!@MIAv8Diecast your first good look.
This is a real problem. however I would like to declare for the A320 as you mentioned is slightly wider than it should be, but it is still quite accurate as the other moulds got the larger error in fuselage width in the opposite way. (Actual A320 cabin width 3.95m Hx equivalent to 4m in real scale PM/Ng/AC got something around 3.75m)Got HX C919 and it is definitely oversized. It is 1mm wider than NG and the engines look gigantic. I think I will get this model by NG when they release it
I will inform HX about this and ask them to re mould the fuselage if they are ableThis is a real problem. however I would like to declare for the A320 as you mentioned is slightly wider than it should be, but it is still quite accurate as the other moulds got the larger error in fuselage width in the opposite way. I might remember the wrong number; yes you are correct, along all the A320 moulds Phoenix got the most narrow fuselage. The little error on HX/ NG is acceptable in my opinionFolks, lets not forget that coating and print add to the diameters.
The C919 has a fairly complex, likely multi-layered print work.
An oven baked white coating plus a standard printing (cheatline etc.) can already add 0.15mm to the blank's diameter. A more complex artwork like this well more than that.
Curious where these 320 dimensions come from. The fuselage diameters (cabin cross) measure to 9.73 on my NG 320s which is fairly close to what they are supposed to be (3.89 vs 3.95)
new release under Geministar brand
It seems HX finally makes the correct wings for 400D and late -200/300 747s (with same wingspan as classics and improved WBF same as -400) instead of sanding off the winglets from a-400 wings to make those unique variants
