Help! 1:400 My first model airport

Im trying to create my first model airport and im lost. I dont where to start. I just completed designing the raw form of my passenger airport layout. Ive been trying to incoporate two passenger terminal, a cargo terminal on the other side and if possible a private terminal. Im trying to create a airport near a beach. The plane will be able to have cross the public road using a bridge and so on. I have a lot in mind but dont know how ti execute them. I dont know thr measurments and im lost in general. If anyone could help me it would be helpful. Thank you in advance. The passenger terminal is inspired by lk aiports on instagram.

I guess it partly depends on how you are going to make the airport layout - paint and pen or digital and print.
