Because US wont survive without imports from China. It just cant.
So what is happening is that they will wait until Trump negotiates a deal with China. He will eventually and he has already said something about it today. It should be a temporary delay.

Would love to buy some models off your site but the shipping isn’t combined. Each additional 1:400 narrow body adds like an additional $5 to the shipping price. For four models I’m looking at $19 without any coupons either. With USPS ground advantage there should be a lot of wiggle room to combine models at a lower rate no?

That's because Gemini is taking pre-orders from us. All they said was that they will adjust their shipping schedule to try and weather the moving target that tariffs are right now, which means they might wait a little bit to get these into the U.S., which makes sense.
