Hasn’t been a single United Express 175 in a long time. Great set for US collectors
Can’t wait to see your reaction when one gets released.Praying for that Republic Herman one to happen at some point. At least the JAL from last month and China Northern this month are solid subjects on the 90.
You completely missed my point on the two models I mentioned. I get the Etihad 777X is a ways away from actually flying as mentioned by @pommy80, but GJ/JC are the only ones who have the type in this scale, just like the B-52 (though JC hasn’t used it yet to my knowledge). As for the models previously done, the United E175 is a welcomed rerelease, considering it’s been over five years since the first one; the 777 and American CRJ-200 are of a similar deal too, along with the Delta 753 (around three years since the last one).
In doing more research, the UA E175 reg only flies on the west coast generally. It rarely does a few trips as far east as Chicago/Houston but that’s all i’ve seen. Less interesting to me unfortunately but i’ll still be grabbing it regardless for how rare getting one of these is.
GJ does that a lot.I'm interested in the Etihad 777-9 and potentially the United 777-200ER of which I already have the Phoenix version. The rest is of no interest to me. I have some concerns regarding the Etihad, firstly I can't find anything about A6-FAA being an actual registration (at least for now) and some potential changes in the livery between the release of the model and the delivery of the real aircraft which would not be the first time. I can think of three examples with Gemini Jets models: Emirates 777-9 (models made before the introduction of the new livery), Hawaiian 787-9 N780HA (wrong name) and Air France A350-900 (name added after the model was released).
I didn't realize there were that many. Now I'll wait for the real aircraft to be delivered to buy an Etihad 777-9, leaving only the United 777 of interest to me this month.GJ does that a lot.

I have been out of the regional game for a few years. But based on the reg. I can tell it is one of the few E-175s ExpressJet operated before United shut them down in 2020 (right after having reacquired them since the time Continental cut them loose in the 2000s). I want to say that airframe spent it’s early days flying the IAH system. Too bad the model has SkyWest titles.
Edit: I just realized that GJ previously released sistership N605UX with ExpressJet titles, as pointed by @bakejobb_23 above. Then, I think this release should've had a regular SkyWest reg. or a never-released UAX regional, such as Mesa.
The China Northern is an odd choice given the airline disappeared 24 years ago. More like a JC release and it has been made before not that long ago - I own it. Wouldn't surprise me if Gemini skimp on the number of aerials so it could well be inferior to the original!
