These 2 are high on my list.
DC-10-10CF N68055, which was the first DC-10 delivered to Federal Express on March 3, 1980.

And also DC-10-30F N306FE, which was the first new-build DC-10 delivered to Federal Express on January 24, 1986. It's also the same aircraft that was involved in an incident on 7 April 7, 1994 en route MEM-SJC when Auburn Calloway, a dead-heading FedEx employee (unsuccessfully) attempted to hijack the aircraft.
