Could any business that's using the name of "Gemini" be sued by Gemini Jets?

Saw someone discussing about the legal battle against the brand "Gemini Star" over at DAC, so here's an interesting and "legal" subject

If there was a company with a partial name of "Gemini", would Gemini Jets win the legal battle if it decided to sue that company? Does it mean not even a company in North America where Gemini Jets is based at can use the word "Gemini" as the business name or it could be sued?

That depends but if Gemini is able to sue them then I guess Google Gemini will win the case too

Not a lawyer but I highly doubt it. If Gemini Star is a Chinese company which I would highly bet it is I don’t see how Gemini Jets has any legal jurisdiction to do anything other than stomp their feet. Also Gemini Jets is not entitled to the word “Gemini” Lolololol.
