Hi All!

Once again, not the latest news, but still exciting nonetheless. The A320 and A330neo have their first appearance with some very exciting models.

Azul Linhas Aereas Brasileiras A350-900 PR-AOY
Sichuan Airlines A350-900 B-325J "Panda" Livery
ITA Airways A350-900 EI-IFF
Hong Kong Airlines A350-900 B-LGD
Singapore Airlines A350-900 9V-SJD
Hong Kong Airlines A350-900 B-LGC
Turkish Airlines A350-900 TC-LGH "400th Aircraft" Livery
China Southern Airlines A320-200 B-9959
Air France A320-200 F-GFKJ
ITA Airways A330-900 EI-HJN
Delta Air Lines A350-900 N502DN "The Delta Spirit" Livery
JAL Japan Airlines A350-1000 JA01WJ
Cathay Pacific A350-1000 B-LXR (Waffle and DIMA have this model incorrectly listed as LXK, thanks to @pons399 for bringing this to my attention.)
US Airways A320-200 N106US
Virgin Atlantic Airways A330-900 G-VTOM

I'll be getting the Cathay A350-1000 as well as the SQ A350-900. Of note are N106US, the Delta A350, offering an alternative to the Gemini version, and the VS A339, another alternative to the existing Gemini and Phoenix models, and most likely superior. And finally, the ITA A339, which will probably arrive before the JC version, and will likely be superior anyway, so I recommend pre-ordering this one instead! I have no doubt that the Air France A320 will be highly popular with European collectors, and I might even have to get one myself. Share your thoughts below!

The Delta A350 is exciting news! I've seen the Delta Spirit in person and this would be a nice addition.

It's good to see the new mould debuts as well. Hopefully a Delta A339 is in the works.

Lots of great releases, but I won't be getting any after bagging an SQ 359 from NG and receiving confirmation of their upcoming CX 35K. The A380 was a massive step in the right direction, but IMO AV400 moulds before that can't compete with NGs in terms of refinement. Nice to see the first 330neo though!

Interesting that they're re-releasing the CX A35K. My experience with a previous release was less than stellar, so I'll just wait for the NG. The SQ 359 is great as well, but once again my NG is better anyway. Nice to see the first 330neo release though!
Not only that the CX is the sixth A35K release, but it is also B-LXK's second release. A different registration would be nice but something is still better than nothing. Since I missed the previous releases due to some pre-order issues, and we don't know when the NG is coming, I'll go for this one.

LXK sounded very familiar, turns out I actually have the previous release :p I'd wait for NG's April hints first, those will likely be dropping very soon. But if it's not there, the AV400's an excellent alternative.

Also, it'll be interesting to see if the 9V-SJD has the upgraded sharklets, since SQ's newer 359s with SH and SJ regs are PIP variants.

This release set will break my wallet 🙈. Diverse and excellent.
Both the ITAs, the Sichuan, the Azul, the Delta, the Turkish, the AFR A320 (have the Hogan/JC version but would like to see how this turns out), and the CZ A320. These are all up my alley.
Tightening my belt though, so fingers crossed 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Actually, the CX 35K seems to be B-LXR? This listing was taken from Hong Kong's CWS shop.

The A330neo so far looks like it's headed the right direction. Hope they don't forget to do the cockpit outlines like NG which would give that sense of refinement in my opinion. Other than that, I like the engines (unlike the thin blades of the A350 due to their attempt to make them spin), and if they promptly repair all the minor issues Richard pointed out, we should have a solid mould for the A330neo that it deserves.

Shame they don't have 707s, L-1011s and 747s anymore!
They should really make a new 744 mould. NG hasn't confirmed theirs, it's reasonably modern, there's a ton of liveries and it'll sell like hotcakes. Their decision to do a 330neo and 777X first is a real head scratcher, since there aren't a lot of potential schemes yet and we're a good 2 years away from seeing any real regs.

Wait, they're now doing the 777X too?

Any other difference between this ITA A350-900 and the previous one that caused all that hype, besides the reg. and the Monza 100 titles? Scale models of ultra-modern stuff usually do not attract me, but this one is a good candidate for an exception.

Exactly - all bloody Airbuses!!!

Oh yes... the only 4 AV400 models I own are a 707, two 727s (used for customs), and a 747. When they set out to make the ultimate A380 in 1:400 scale, I thought it was largely a waste. No offense to the collectors that appreciated the mold, but it was an odd aircraft type to receive all that attention.

The air France is interesting to me. I would quite like that to go alongside the skyteam and normal a320s I already have.

It'll be interesting to see if AV can get these out on time though, I suspect there may be an astronomical wait before we see any photos of the real model.

I have word on when we can expect most of these releases. The Hong Kong A350s are ready to be sent to retailers now. The other A350s are expected to be in retailers in October and the A320s/A339s are TBC.

Weren't those Hong Kong ones announced like 2 years ago or more ?! I remember it being announced at the same time as they did the previous Cathay 777 Cucumber which was released finally last year and the Delta 359

Coming into this ghost-like thread after noticing some pictures of AV400 A320s become available on a Chinese social media XiaoHungShu(小紅書)- the account is believed to have some ties with AV400 and is frequently teasing just-finished models:
