I've learned to avoid pre-ordering any model from JC Wings, Aviation 400 and even Panda Models for this exact reason.
NG Models and Gemini Jets have regular release schedules. Phoenix is hit or miss - they aren't as bad as JC Wings, but I've had some of their preorder models hold up my orders for months.
I never order JC Wings anymore until I 've seen the whites of the model's eyes. And I'd put A400 in the same category. Only ordered as I was fooled by the pictures.
Early post today as I'm out all day. As promised I'm going to try and include AV400 in my release ranking vids so here's a look at the end of Jan announcements from them. 17 models with some strong competition for other brands and unique selections:

Judging by some of the photos, those engines seem to be scraping the ground, and the nose looks like it's been overpolished...

Everything has an English version if you know how to use on screen translator

If you set your location to Singapore there is an option to change the UI to English
However it seems that fewer options will appear and some things are hidden

I’ve just noticed this via an eBay listing in China, a Virgin Atlantic A330-300. No official word from AV400 themselves or any UK/European retailers as of yet.

Love the 330, but have always been concerned about the nose section of their A330/40s, and now it seems the engines are too low... Possibly due the maingears being too short? I won't be pulling the trigger, sadly.

Some of their releases have nailed the nose almost spot on (China Airlines, Mandarin) while others have been slightly overpolished (Starlux NEO) and cockpit misprinted quite badly (China Southern, Hainan).
I have something of a soft spot for AV and their efforts in the scale, and while they are really trying with some unique releases their A330/340 moulds suffer the most from inconsistency. While not always possible, it is wise to inspect each model prior to purchase rather than blindly ordering online unfortunately.

These pictures prove my concerns about the nose and cockpit region, but there also appears to be a flat stance and engine clearance issues from pictures I have seen, making things worse for this mould.
Pity, since their subjects are interesting and their printing is up there with NG, Panda and HX.

Agree they're definitely better than the rest - but that nlg in that photo ....!
Not spot on though - the fuselage taper towards the forehead, chin, and nose is too accentuated
