Amberair was a UK based charter airline originally to be called Diamond Airways but British Midland raised a legal objection to it shortly before its launch due to an infringement of its Diamond Service trademark at the time. Diamond Airways changed its name to Amberair about a month before starting operations in April 1988 but it only lasted for 6 months before be acquired by Paramount AirwaysIMG_2733.jpeg
