Sad news: Blue Islands Airlines ceased all operations. It Is sad when and airlines disappears from the sky, first of all for the employees, then for the passengers and clients, then for enthusiasts and spotters.
Blue Islands is (was) a small UK regional airline based in the Island of Jersey, English Channel, operating with a fleet of five ATR-72s and flying since 2006.
