Hi @3D Design Deck if I order two of the same model (say the Northwest Dash 8-100 specifically) can you change the rego on one of them?

That’s something you would have to do yourself, and good luck with sanding off the printing

"I don’t do one off models sorry. Only reg swaps and slight changes to regular releases at the moment."
Tho for the Northwest Airlink it already ran so IDK if he can do it

Definitely like to see it made. Herpa has the 1:500 and been waiting for a 400.

Maybe. They are already made so I can’t swap reg’s on those but if I make another batch I can let you know and we can do it for you then.

Skywest crj production has been maxed out so I can’t make any more of those. Unless I do another release which wouldn’t be for a while.

Yeah, I was holding out hope for Herpa to rescale its 1:500 too. Waaay back, Andrew Klein was even thinking about spin casting a 114 mould. Given the limited (4-6) livery variations (depending on how detailed you want to be) I think 3D printing is the only really viable way we'll see this in 1:400. Although IIRC someone (JC??) was working on an An-22 mould in this scale(!) So perhaps there's hope there?

So I’m picking the April releases right now. I’m going to let you guys pick form these options as to which model to release. Currently in 1:400 there are no American releases (that aren’t military). I have to add one at least.
The options are as follows.
United globe q200
United Saul bass q200
America west final livery q100
USAir express hybrid q100
Continental globe q200
I will also leave it out there that this will be the last release with q100/200’s for a while as we move onto the E145, Q300, globals, dash 7, and challengers.
Also don’t worry the release won’t have any other dash 8’s but this one we chose here.

The reason
I didn’t include blue tulip is because it will be in the release CONTINGENT to if my uv printer can make the livery nice enough to sell. If my printer can, it will be number one and I will try and pick a second from here to also release. If my printer can’t then I will take one or two from here.
