It looks nice being a 3D printed mould
I might pick one up myself also... along with Braniff II, Midway, and Presidential. These look great! Really hoping for a Frontier Saul Bass to be done; this will be my best option since a diecast option is impossible to obtain.
Could you ask him if he will do the Chilean Condor for me please?I can totally be done right. Look at these. All 1/400 3D printed. Very well done if the artist really gets into it. A few issues ofcourse but nothing that can't be corrected.
These guys at 3D Design Deck are really on to something but they have to pay more attention to several details.

Wow wow wow.Speaking of 1:400 3D printed models, here's the work of a friend here in my city.
By the way, I don't think he accept international orders, sorry...

This is a 1:400 scale B727-100/200 with rear stairs. Really 1:400! Not 1:200!
Still in development phase. Nose gear doors still missing. But look at this quality!!!!
The Canadian company (3D Design Deck) is releasing very cool models, but they definitely have room for improvement.
I'll askWow. Is that Chile one listed for sale already anywhere?!
And @LeoMuse747 those 727s customs look great too - especially love the stair pop down
@3D Design Deck ... how about a 727? Seems like nobody is all that interested in doing an updated mold in diecast. The -100 and -200 would both be very welcome additions.Wow. Is that Chile one listed for sale already anywhere?!

It’s possible. When we run a model it’s has its number on the box but we don’t actually make that many. For that first air it’s numbered to 50 but we only made 25. This allows us to not hold extra stock for too long (our office to small) and when we need to make a restock we make the other half.Is there any possibility of any of the prior releases being done with the corrected tail and nose gear?
Thanks. Will your edition sizes ever be increased? For something like a Frontier Saul Bass 737 or an Eastern DC-9-10, 50 pieces will not be nearly enough to satisfy market demand. I can guarantee you those Frontiers will be gone in like 5 seconds! In cases like that, what do you think about multiple releases with different tail numbers? It’s possible. During a restock we always use the latest pieces because I delete all old files.
We have it in our roster just haven’t had a chance to release it yet. The main thing is we only have 1 American retailer. I tried to reach out to a couple more but it led nowhere. I’m making the Air Tran as a way to slowly fade into the market. Once I can get a couple more American retailers I can go nuts with the American 732’s (casino express, southwest, continental, frontier, America west, Midway etc)These look great! I have it’s all designed and finished I just have a couple other designs to produce first. I’m hoping early next year I’ll get to it@3D Design Deck ... how about a 727? Yes we would do that. All our current releases are numbered to 100+.Thanks. Will your edition sizes ever be increased? I met him in Dallas in 23, then I sent him an email I think a year ago. Didn’t get back to me.Have you contacted Squatchy's yet?
Folks, I think we just might have our solution for low demand (but much needed by some) classics.I have it’s all designed and finished I just have a couple other designs to produce first. I’m hoping early next year I’ll get to it
