1:400 28x60cm European Diorama

@LeoMuse747 - Unfortunately work has rather taken over the past few months, and going into Winter here in the UK means I've missed the window for any airbrushing outdoors as the temperatures are simply too cool, and the air too damp. I'll post an update shortly with progress on the decals across the sea-kings, harriers, and wessex.

My plan for the winter is to start work on a larger diorama base and incorporate a hangar complex, and some more wide bodies. With the introduction of HX's 747-100 mould I couldn't help myself. I'm rather constrained for shelf space that I can display, but will likely look to do something c. 35x80cm to maximise what I can use.

I've been inspired by your recent works, so am now looking for 1/400 80s corporate jets too. I've found the below on Cults3D, the challenge is finding someone able to print at a high enough quality.

One winter project for me will be developing decal sheets for the above, which is always a fun exercise.

That's lovely to read! Hope you can get your diorama back on track soon. It's a lovely project, i'm eager to see the outcome!

I have a Bambu Labs A1mini (PLA printer) but, I think you need a resin printer to print that in quality.

Yes, resin is certainly the way to go. Unfortunately in the UK I've had some quotes back at GBP20+ per print, which is rather steep for what will effectively be a trial run. My next step is to reach out to some vendors through alibaba as they may be more cost effective, albeit with a larger MOQ.
