I just got mine too, and noticed the same thing when comparing to JC's colour version. To my eye, I feel like the HX colour is more accurate to JC, but am curious how HX's KLM blue compares to NG. On a trip to Schipol in the 90s, I did notice that some KLMs had slightly different hues of blue...

I have jumped onto the HX bandwagon, and I am not sure I will be getting off any time soon. First was their outstanding 744 mould and now the MD11. What a beauty she is. The blue on her is noticeably darker than my JC WINGS 744. That said, I do feel HX's colour is closer to the real thing...

Judging by some of the photos, those engines seem to be scraping the ground, and the nose looks like it's been overpolished...😬

AV400 has your A380 covered. True of their FDs I suppose. However, I hope HX keep pumping out their 744 in all its marvelous glory!

C Models' 767 releases are going to hurt the wallet this quarter.

Panda doesn't have an A340 mould? I thought they had already produced a few... Not a big fan of Phoenix's wing joint and glossy colours. Although your copy looks amazing. I may have to bite the bullet.

Thank you for reminding me of this review... I had my eye on their Air Lanka A340, but will pass - in hope that Panda or NG will eventually get around to it. Cheers Rich

How does the AV400 A340 hold up? I know that their A330 mould has its issues with the nose and stance, but does their 340 share the same issues?

Definitely improved. My concern also. Glad they seem to have addressed the issue.
