I have been waiting on an update to their tailcone. Unfortunately this new rendering still leaves much to be desired.

The two new protrusions on the 777's APU, though apparent and visible on the real thing, seem awfully oversized here. Similar now, to the JC Wings’ rendering of the same - something I am not particularly fond of. NG still produces the best mould of the 777, but that APU still needs work.

I've been reluctant to pull the trigger on their A220 as well. That nlg is not only too tall, the tyres are the same size as the mains. And although the subject is awesome, will continue to to hold off until these issues are addressed.

Totally agree, however these awesome subjects will be on an inferior mould. Unless Pheonix intends to upgrade their 777 mould, I will be waiting for the competition, ie NG/JC/AV400.

Good review as per usual mate, however a bit generous with the grade of the mould methinks. Perhaps for that time, an 8/10 might have been just. Do you think the mould deserves an 8 against today's competition? Cheers, S

The model looks awesome, and definitely within my criteria, however those main gear tyres are troubling. This throws off the overall proportions and accuracy for me. Still, impressive the level of quality of 3D design. Hopefully they will make corrections for future releases. Truly a nice stop...

I actually feel that the nose section is something that NG does really well - especially compared to the competition. Who have struggled with this area, not to mention QC and over polishing issues. I love NG's noses, their 757, 737, 320, 330, 350, 787, and 777 all look great. Just wish...
