From their Wechat post it seems some kind of metal collector card, which mimics the information plate of the real B-2445. There are more and more of these Chinese brands using other moulds as OEM.

TL : DR: A new brand Z²MODEL is going to release XiamenAir B737-800 B-5656 Daxing c/s using PandaModels mould according to the artwork provided below (credit to the original owner) with a limited run of 180pcs. I couldn't agree more! At first I didn't find the livery to be eye-catching but it starts to grow in me.
