@3D Design Deck any word on the F18s yet? I think that’s all from the release set we don’t have photos of. Very excited! Also when will the next month of announcements be teased/revealed?
100%. Bracing is key the bigger you go too. That or set them on a perfectly flat table if possible. Just saw horses or half a couch for example won’t cut it forever. You’ll have a half pipe for an airport quick🤣
Compared to the real thing:
(just flipped and cropped the photo to match.)
- High window line
- Cockpit windows are a bit off
- really only the nose gear is too big imo
- winglets are the worst thing about it tbh
- Nitpicky but tail shape is just a touch off too but not enough to ruin it at all!
Still a tad nose down (at least in the united) but at worst they sees pretty level which is way better than GJ has been doing. I agree with leo on the winglets too. Something else looks off, maybe the window line or cockpit window painting but overall not a bad model. I hope to see more angles...

If you mean on shelves, here’s how I do my setup!
Here is my thrown together “temporary setup” while i’m still...
The nose is still off, not good at all. The wings look better but the join seam is questionable too. Nose gear still looks too tall but not the worst thing in the world. I may pick this one up even with the limitations tbh.
I love my US Airways express examples. Unfortunately, one of mine arrived broken. That fragile nose gear had snapped off, which i’m sure you can easily see why that happened. Thankfully, YV400 provided an extra that arrived unharmed but man these things are tiny and fragile. I almost wish they...
