Hello everyone,
If you are familiar with me, you might know that I have had a recent obsession with Fuji Dream Airlines, a small Japanese regional airline that operates a fleet of Embraer 170’s and 175’s. Recently, while speaking to a friend, I decided to make it my personal mission to get every Fuji Dream Airlines registration in 1:400 scale. While not all the FDA Registrations have been made, most of them have, all by JC Wings. So let me introduce you to my biggest collection mission yet, the great Fuji Dream Quest.
Fuji Dream Airlines, for those who don’t know, has a small fleet size of 15 aircraft. The key reason I want every registration (but for now, every existing model) is because each Fuji Dream aircraft has a different livery, usually a different color. I’ve seen a few people compare it to Braniff in that manner. But these different colors, combined with my interest in Japanese Airlines and regional jets made this the perfect fit for my first collection journey. So that’s why I’m doing this, and I am going to be tracking my progress over time using this thread. Eventually the goal is to make a YouTube video documenting this mission.

The models
I have discussed this before, in the “Fuji Dream Airlines in 1:400 scale” thread, but here’s a list of the models I need for this mission again.
FDA E175- Blue Livery- JA13FJ
FDA E170- Red Livery- JA01FJ (First FDA Airframe)
FDA E175- Silver Livery- JA10FJ
FDA E170- Light Blue Livery- JA02FJ
FDA E170- Green Livery- JA04FJ
FDA E175- Gold Livery- JA09FJ
FDA E175- White Livery- JA12FJ.
This totals seven models, almost half of the entire fleet size, albeit with JA04FJ being retired, giving a total fleet coverage of 6/15 models.
The First Model
And this project isn’t starting from scratch either, I’ve already gotten the first aircraft in this project, the retired Green Livery E170 with the registration JA04FJ. I got this model in August of 2025, and it is the critical first step in a new mission for my channel.

With that out of the way, I will continue updating this thread regularly with progress on the mission.
