Shipping Address in USA

Can anyone help me out with this?

There is a model that I need for my collection available on Wafflecollectibles I was wondering if anyone was willing to be a middle man where I would ship to you in the states and then I provide a label to ship to Canada, as their shipping costs to Canada or UK are quite expensive for one small model. Any help would greatly be appreciated
