Aviation400 are providing an interesting counterpoint to NG Models nowadays. Whereas NG have been moving away from interactive elements AV400 have been embracing them more and more. The most recent set of their 787s have been fitted with magnetic landing gear, which unlike the A330-900s includes the gear up elements. My first example arrived yesterday and I have to say I really like the model. Whether you prefer less or more interactivity it is great to have the choice between such quality brands:

Some brands in 400 scale are content to rest on their laurels. They churn out the same models to the same, or lower, quality that they have always done and get upset when anyone questions the poor finishing or mistakes. Aviation400 is not one of them. The
