Specifically, I need:

I can’t print too small, and not to the quality you would like for IND. But I’m pretty sure you can find somebody!

Have you guys tried contacting AvGeek models or TinyTugsDesigns? They might be able to create some of the specific designs you're looking for. Some they may have already tbh. The tugs are hard as nobody really makes any great ones. Gemini's GSE Sets contain the tow bars that look pretty nice for the scale but the tugs arent right for the era. Aeroclassics GSE sets have pretty nice tugs (in gray only) and some other little trucks and carts that look about right to what you're looking for.

Some of the stairs are a little junky, the fuel truck and one pushabck tug is way too massive; but the baggage carts, tugs, car, trucks, and all look pretty good for some retro GSE options. Basically everything on the bottom right of the photo is really nice imo. The catering truck is pretty cool too, although a little large and looks best next to widebody aircraft.

Outside of those options or finding someone else to make them 3D Printed or going to a professional model maker (expensive i'm sure), thats kinda it unfortunately. If you guys find anything id love to see it though!
