Is Diecast Airplane Shop A Good Store?

It’s been a while since I’ve last purchased models planes. My primary websites were Airline Museum and The Airplane Superstore (RIP). Recently I made a purchase on airline museum for two models and immediately after purchase I got message saying that it was awaiting shipment. Figured it was no big deal at first but after a few days I was wondering why it was taking a while to be shipped since at the time I placed the order both models were in stock. I checked again and one of the models is now out of stock with no updates. I tried to contact support but I haven’t gotten a response from anyone yet.

After doing a little research I found out that airline museum was bought by Diecast Airplane Store and some reviews about them were a bit concerning. Basically I’m asking is should I wait some more or accept the fact that I may have wasted money and time?

Hello, do you happen to have the ETA for the Phoenix Models United 772ER in Evo Blue? Seems like most retailers have received and shipped these out. I placed an order for one, but the website still reflects the status as "pre-order."

Phoenix is a difficult manufacturer to communicate with and often we find ourselves without any answers. Best we can tell, these models will be shipping to us soon and hop to have them by the end of the month. Apologize for the delay!
