I ordered two in stock models (both released summer of 2025) on Dec 9th. They still haven't shipped the order and I've been contacting the support email provided on their website.
Has anyone had any problems with them recently? The main issue is that I need to at least change the shipping address to my parents house since I won't be living at my current address by mid-January. I expected two models that they had on hand to take a week to ship, max.
I'm considering initiating a credit card backcharge, can anyone please advise if they've had similar issues (or the opposite) with them? Thanks.
