Unfortunately due to a lack of a response from 3D Design Deck via email, I am forced to write this to grab their attention.
As some may have seen, almost a month ago, 3D Design Deck dropped Texan Airplane Store as an official retailer. In addition, no reasoning was ever given. While I found this to be unfortunate as the models were great, it is their products and they have the final say on who can sell them.
I do, however, have an issue with the lack of communication that occurred as a result of this. Here is a quick run down of the timeline of events:
Feb 5th we were given an invoice for December releases. Payment was not made initially as we wanted to delay us paying for the models for various reasons.
Feb 25th they followed up saying stock would be released if payment not made that same day and we paid.
Mar 4th we followed up regarding when we can expect shipment
Mar 6th we received the email attached regarding our shipment and removal of being a retailer
Mar 13th we followed up as attached
Mar 27 we followed up again as attached
That leaves us with today, April 3rd! We are still without a response. We currently have Martian Mars (told 2nd week of March), Air Greenland (was not present on our invoice), and US Airways (back-ordered) models that we were expecting to be fulfilled.
My goal in writing this is to simply catch their attention about the matter and make others aware of the situation since no reasoning was really given for the removal or the situation in general. Plus, hopefully I can finally figure out what is going to happen with all the models we had still on order as we have customers who are eager to get their hands on them!
