As I noted recently 2025 was a bigger year than ever for 1:400 scale in terms of production and across the year there were definitely several major trends. In this video I look at some of the highs and lows of the year, plus pick out those trends, that I think will mostly carry on into 2026. You'll note that I try and focus my comments on things that I can backup, either through production numbers or review evidence. I'm not commenting on intangibles I can't verify such as QC or percieved improvements in quality - I'm looking at trends in the market and the products being offered:
