Kylin 1:400 B747-409 China Airlines B-161 Old Livery
Manufactured by HX

As the first B747-400 introduced in Asia, it was delivered on February 8, 1990, re-registered as B-18271 on December 18, 1999, and withdrawn from China Airlines' fleet on May 17, 2005. Later, it joined Evergreen Airlines' fleet and then Atlas Air's fleet successively, and is currently in service as a cargo aircraft.

China Airlines has many stories with the B747, and this aircraft, as the beginning of those stories, is of great significance.

Choosing HX as the manufacturer for such a theme is undoubtedly a wise decision. HX's B747 mold is already of high quality, and the paint finish and assembly of this batch of B747 models are even better than before, which undoubtedly makes this product highly cost-effective.

I’m really looking forward to HX bringing us more China Airlines B747 models after revising and upgrading the B747 mould in the next few weeks.

Such a LOVELY model. This would look so nice in a Kai Tak or any other Asian 1990s diorama!!!
