How can someone’s opinion be a lie? And can you really prove otherwise that NG doesn’t ship broken or defected models less so than Gemini? People speak from their personal experiences. I have also received a number of broken models by NG in the last 2 years.

If a pre-order is severely delayed and tying up other models on a several hundred dollar purchase, customers have every right to worry. The overall frustration comes from the lack of communication.
