    Model of the Year 2025

Good choice, I have this model also but I am disappointed that the cockpit windows were placed so low. They’re so low I can’t believe it it’s so hard to miss They have been doing good cockpit printing on planes before and planes after. Even in the same batch, the Virgin Atlantic A350-1000 has...

Review: NG's Korean Air 747SP with new mould

I believe they got it right on the 747-8i. Couldn’t they just use the same nose on that one and replicate it on other types? They must be using 3D printing for modeling and the same CAD designs could be used in whole or part to make other types.

ALL NG 'Future' 1:400 Release Announcements (Rednote / Instagram / website / etc)

Their nose could be improved vis-a-vis their 747-8i for some consistency so if they take some time before more releases I say ok. However, where are the MD-80s and the Tu-154s?

NG Model 1:400 February 2026 Release Hints

Yes. The shape of the nose of the SIA is also a bit rounder. It’s like they’re using old stock on this one, and some newer mold for others.

NG Model 1:400 February 2026 Release Hints

I noticed right away on my 9V-SGA, Singapore airlines A359ULR. The cockpit was printed too low. That compared to the latest Virgin Atlantic A35K releases and the JAL A359, is too slow and that was disappointing because the model is otherwise is perfect. I would commend NG for placing the...

HX Models - News & Discussion

I hope the Korean models from this and other brands check that grain on the metallic paint. The large grain degrades the quality and look of any model with metallic aggregate particles. It’s off putting. Some Virgin models have been affected by this issue with some manufacturers.

    The new Korean

There are some nice photos on airliners.net and other places. The livery might not be the same but for me it works like no other with the entirety of the livery in metallic sheen. It’s almost like silk, a luxury, and inspiration for the airline to become just that in service. Hope NG makes...

    The new Korean

I think this could work well with a larger silver band, curved as in this drawing has it but thicker. And the billboard "Korean" title can fit in silver there in the same proportion to the release. the tail symbol, could still work for me without the red, which is a color you don't see...
