I see it when comparing side to side with photos, but it doesn’t immediately strike me as “off” when just looking at the model. It’s weird how different all our standards can be.
It’s absolutely worth it if you’re looking to “patch up” a model with minor printing issues. Anything beyond that looks crude.
The engine logos on this thing were too high, so I had them erased and re-added with decals. Looks seamless.
One year since release and 7 custom attempts later, the definitive KAL 748 in 1:400: a one-off based on NG’s HL7644. Because my previous copy had misaligned engines…
Only EK in my collection is this A359 from NG.
I do like EK, they fit my weird criteria of being a decent airline and having a nice livery. Bonus points for hating narrowbodies. But their fleet history isn’t particularly interesting (no pax 747…), and there aren’t a lot of quality EK models...
Those dumb BP specials probably caught KAL’s eye, and they hit NG with the ban hammer. So the promised pepsi A330 isn’t getting made.
Every time I think it cannot possibly get any worse, it does. Like spare some bad luck for the others too???
