That "super airbus" is quite interesting and has not been made for a long time. However I wish it was HX that released it instead.

That wing curve on the JC, I can't 🤣 I have a Phoenix A330-200 with the same issue and everytime I look at it I can't wait to replace it.

Thanks for the detailed comparison @1400_Aircraft_Models! To be honest it does not really bother me. At the end of the day you will always have some difference between manufacturers. The only one that I avoid with KLM is Gemini. Let's hope HX will release the Douglas Aviation MD-11 as well :)

What do you think about the color blue on the KLM MD-11? Just received mine and by itself it looks beautiful but compared to the NG and Phoenix color blue it's quite different.

Just like @JurriaanH I also returned from the Aviation Fair and bought some Wings400 GSE plus a Panda A330-300 and HYJL Wings A321 LR. Also fun to quickly see the man behind @3D Design Deck ! Amazing to see how far 3D printing has come.

I don't usually buy models that I fly on but for the Queen of the sky I had to make an exception! Took a flight on D-ABYA recently and when I saw that the NG version was available I had to buy it as a souvenir.

I understand about the storage/display space but how can you resist the urge to not at least inspect the model lol? I would rather open the plane box under the shower than to find out later that a model is broken/damaged and not being able to replace it.

I added 22 models to the collection this year. By manufacturer it looks like this: JC = 6 Patriot = 5 NG = 4 Phoenix = 2 V1 models = 2 HX = 1 Aeropolaris = 1 AV400 = 1 The Patriot model space shuttle carrier probably is my favourite pick of 2025.

Love the fokker 70/100 planes! Especially seeing those trust reversers deploy on landing while spotting back in the days. By coincidence I recieved the farewell book of the KLM fokkers today. Amazing book although in Dutch ;)

I am going bankrupt with the amount of good quality house livery coming out in the last months, amazing!

How good is the HX MD-11 compared to others? Interested in replacing some of my older ones if this one is good.
