The Gemini MD-80 is more than serviceable, per the photo. I would buy it if you want a Frontier MD-80 because no one can say when NG will bother making it.

Other thread topic aside, I would not buy an Aeroclassics model for more than even $20 lol. 😆 They are just WAY too toylike - the only ones I have are a Cathay 707 (no one else makes these), a Southwest 737-200 in the Canyon Blue scheme (no one else made this..) and the other Southwest 727...

The mould overall is excellent but I am not sure that I'm convinced that the screwdriver tail looks 100%. Is it just me?

might be in the minority but i feel like there wasn't really an "oh crap, i NEED to buy this model" this year as there was last year and prior to that. Maybe just the NG MD-80, but it feels weird considering there were a billion AA MD80s released before this year

Correct me if I'm wrong (goes to anyone), but yes, I believe that is the very first NG Model. :) Back when they were.. very different, to say the least.
