I’m also anticipating that they will announce the September batch on Tuesday. Usually I’ve been 50/50 on correctly predicting GJ releases since they are more consistent than other manufacturers, but we shall see.

Gotta keep the Mad Dog rolling through 2025 and beyond. GJ has done excellent utilizing their lesser quality casting with releases such as TWA, USAir, and Frontier. There’s still more I’d like to see, including the Northwest Thermometer, Republic Herman (first paint scheme after NC/SO merger)...

Last month was really good so I’m hoping they keep that momentum up, but I’m expecting a shift back towards US models. Hopefully they make another MD-80, this time Republic with Herman colors.

NG did fantastic with the tail artwork. I don't see how from a quality standpoint they would be discouraged to make more. I'm sure the current ones would sell well in US markets
