Waffle has paid for my return shipping when there is an issue every time. And they’re pretty prompt too. My experience with Asian retailers is I’ve never had to exchange because they seem to take the inspection a lot more seriously.

Two times I've needed model replacements and both times they sent a new one with a return label for the old one at no cost.

Somebody with a rednote should clarify with them if they plan to do global releaese.

Commenter said his Chinese retailer didn’t get the BA and SQ so it sounds like that retailer got next months’s NGs releases early. Wondering if it will come as next months batch (delayed from this month).

Got mine from Jetcollector about a month after I saw people posting about them here. I emailed them with my redemption info and they found it.

The owner has an instagram where he lists himself proudly as said owner of PandaFox but won’t reply to any DMs about the store there. They almost never reply to emails now. Not sure what happened to their operation as it used to be one of the best
