If there's anything I have learned, it's that demand can be utterly unexplainable, random and arbitary. Trying to accurately judge demand for dozen plus models a month is an impossible task.

The store owner outsourced most of the shipping + fulfillment work to a third party generic shipping warehouse some time ago, likely where some of the issues have come from.
