Great model Richard! Aeroclassics does an amazing job with their 727's. Just to clarify one thing: The S in SFRY stands for Socialist. In that sense, Yugoslavia had almost nothing to do with the Soviet Union as early as the 1950's as Tito and Stalin never saw eye-to-eye after that.

There is Norse now, similar to Norwegian Long Haul...but they don't have the tail-art anymore. And the red in front (some called it lipstick lol) was also iconic on their 787's! Btw. you are very lucky to get the Edgar Munch one since it's rare!

AFAIK, this stand is made only for the models that NG are producing ( 757, 737 etc.) and not meant for all sizes. Then again, it's function hasn't been fully revealed so it could potentially fit more types. I recommend waiting a bit more untill we get the full picture...

I am just glad we get to finally have a polished Eastern L1011 in our collections! I, for one, am highly optimistic for the upcoming releases.

As far as I can see on one of the samples, the nose looks more pointed up and very similar to their -8. The only thing left now is the engine size and the reduced number of slats, but we are yet to see the wing.

They should take their time to make sure that the models are produced well. And yes, it would be a pity for the wished models to be Lite. Imagine the Eastern Tristar without all the intricate details. That would be a sin! Although I didn't want to buy the Qantas 787 Yam, it was a let-down for it...

If this is really the older incorrect mould, then I believe the newest edition will be spectacular! Hopefully it won't be used as Lite also... Either way, I'm optimistic.
