I've just spoken to Sam directly via his DM's and there have, in fact, been 10 releases with the latest being labelled correctly as an October release. This month was the only month they released twice, as they forgot to post the September releases on their Instagram page in September itself...

Right, so it’s their 10th meaning that their labelling is correct as I thought. 😁

According to their Instagram, it's their 9th set as they didn't release during within February due to it being Chinese New Year and they released twice in March.

Like it’s labelled, it’s an October release they posted the September release late.
