No tools, no heat. Just gentle bending with your hands. I’ve never had any issues doing this, and have done it hundreds of times, if not thousands at this point after all my years collecting.
I don’t think this is entirely correct. The engine logo was not on the aircraft for its first few years in service. So if this is “as delivered”, then it is correct. The logo was applied in the late 80s from images I’ve seen. See this picture.. I am unsure of the year exactly but it does not...
I bought two of these displays off Amazon a few months back once we moved, and have them in my office. I also bought acrylic risers for each shelf to be able to display more models.

This was a great CRP event... I saved most of my points for almost two years and am bringing home quite a fun array of models. Many 1:200s that I have wanted as well, but never pulled the trigger. My wife and I welcomed our second son a few months ago, so we have been on a tighter budget lol...
Thank you for the support on the mad dogs! I think the 80s Hawaiian scheme is one of the coolest, so I had to add them. I also joined the L-1011. I know NG did a few back in 2019 but a new one is welcome as they are hard to come by these days.
Glad I could assist! There are more things that differentiate the two, but the engine and winglet differences are what I immediately notice when holding the two together.
It must have been left off for some reason? There should have been no reason you were not able to get it when you normally stock others. I have bought many regular Panda 767s from your site, so this must have been a one off or something
